Corsox LLC ("Corsox," "we," "us," or "our") provides technology consulting and execution services, including but not limited to:

- Talent solutions, staff augmentation, and team leadership
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Specific client engagements — including deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and warranties — are governed exclusively by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) or executed service agreements between Corsox and the applicable client.
3. Use of Website
You may use the Site for the following permitted purposes:
- Reviewing informational content about Corsox and its services
- Contacting us via forms, email, or other provided communication channels
- Reading blog content and published resources
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

Intellectual property rights in client deliverables produced under professional engagements are governed by the applicable SOW or service agreement and are not subject to these Terms.

By submitting the contact form or any inquiry through the Site, you consent to Corsox contacting you via the information you provided (email, phone, or other channels) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and discussing potential engagements.
All personal information collected through forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORSOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Corsox does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current developments.
Professional services engagements are governed by separate agreements that contain their own representations and warranty terms, which supersede this section with respect to those engagements.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORSOX LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT — EVEN IF CORSOX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In any event, Corsox's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the total amount paid by you for Corsox services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Corsox does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party sites.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.
10. Modifications to Terms
Corsox reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Corsox to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
