5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and associated correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to support an active or potential business relationship with you, and for up to 3 years after last contact unless you request deletion sooner.
Analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods set by Google Analytics 4 (14 months by default) and Microsoft Clarity (30 days for session recordings). We do not extend these defaults.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of analytics — Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent GA4 data collection on all sites.
- Withdraw consent — Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed exclusively to business professionals and are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
