LMS development for
training companies & universities.

Custom LearnDash implementations, multi-tenant training marketplaces, and certification engines — built by a team with deep roots in professional education and corporate L&D.

Use Cases

Where an LMS investment pays off.

Four scenarios where we consistently see measurable results within the first semester of deployment.

Corporate Training Platform

Before

Training content scattered across PDFs, slide decks, and shared drives. Completion tracking done manually in spreadsheets. Managers have no visibility into team progress.

After

Centralized LearnDash LMS with structured learning paths, automated enrollment by department, progress dashboards for managers, and compliance certificates generated automatically.

85% course completion rate

University Course Delivery

Before

Basic Moodle installation with default theme. Faculty recreate courses from scratch each semester. Students complain about poor UX. IT team owns everything.

After

Custom LearnDash implementation with adaptive learning paths, prerequisite logic, faculty-managed course templates, and a student-facing dashboard that surfaces the right content at the right time.

40% better student engagement

Professional Certification Programs

Before

Manual tracking of CPE credits across spreadsheets. Certificates issued by hand as PDFs via email. Recertification reminders sent manually. Auditing compliance takes weeks.

After

Automated certification engine that tracks credit hours, issues verifiable digital certificates, triggers recertification reminders 90 days before expiry, and generates audit-ready compliance reports.

3x certification throughput

Multi-Tenant Training Marketplace

Before

Single-org LMS shared across client accounts. No way to segment branding, pricing, or content per client. Selling access to the platform requires manual provisioning for each new customer.

After

White-label SaaS LMS with per-client branded subdomains, isolated user bases, custom course catalogs, and automated client onboarding — new accounts provisioned in under 5 minutes.

Self-serve client onboarding

Who This Is For

Built for education and training leaders.

Corporate L&D departments

Training compliance is mandatory, content is growing, and your current solution can't scale. You need a platform that non-technical L&D managers can operate independently.

Professional associations and certification bodies

You run CPE or CE programs and need a credible, audit-ready certification system — one that issues verifiable credentials and handles recertification automatically.

Training companies productizing their programs

You've built a valuable curriculum and want to sell it as a scalable product. We build the multi-tenant LMS that turns your expertise into a recurring revenue stream.

Universities and online education providers

Your legacy LMS is a barrier to enrollment and faculty adoption. You need modern UX, adaptive learning paths, and a platform IT teams can actually support.

Our Process

From platform selection to learner launch.

01

Requirements & Platform Selection

We map your learner journeys, content types, compliance requirements, and integrations. From there we recommend the right platform — and give you a clear rationale, not a sales pitch.

02

Architecture & Integration Design

We design the LMS structure, course taxonomy, user role hierarchy, and integration architecture with your HRIS, SSO provider, and any third-party content sources before development starts.

03

Build, Configure & Migrate

We develop custom themes, build gamification and certification logic, configure SCORM/xAPI, and migrate existing content and user records — with staged rollouts to limit disruption.

04

Launch & Ongoing Optimization

Post-launch we monitor completion rates, quiz performance, and technical health. We iterate on the learner experience based on real data, not assumptions.

Common Questions

Questions about LMS development.

LearnDash vs Moodle vs custom LMS — which should we build on?

LearnDash on WordPress is the right choice for most training companies and associations — it's faster to deploy, easier for non-technical staff to manage, has a strong plugin ecosystem, and costs a fraction of a custom build. Moodle is worth considering for large universities that need granular academic workflows and already have technical staff to manage it. A fully custom LMS only makes sense when you're building a SaaS product for resale or your requirements are genuinely outside what any off-the-shelf platform can handle. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on your actual use case, not what generates the most billable hours.

Do you support SCORM and xAPI (Tin Can) content?

Yes. We implement full SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI (Tin Can) support. This means your existing content library — whether packaged from Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or any other authoring tool — imports directly into the LMS and tracks completion, scores, and time-on-task at the statement level. We also connect xAPI data to an LRS (Learning Record Store) if you need cross-platform learning analytics.

Can the LMS integrate with our existing HR or ATS system?

Yes. We build LMS integrations with major HRIS platforms including BambooHR, Workday, ADP, and SAP SuccessFactors — as well as custom integrations via REST API or SFTP data sync. Common patterns include: auto-enrolling new hires based on role, syncing completion records back to the HR system for compliance reporting, and triggering certifications when an employee completes a training path. We design the integration architecture to handle both directions of data flow.

What does mobile learning support look like?

We build LMS implementations that are responsive by default — learners can access courses, complete quizzes, watch video content, and earn certificates from any device. For clients who need offline learning (field teams, manufacturing floors), we implement PWA (Progressive Web App) functionality so content is cached for offline completion and syncs progress when connectivity is restored. We do not recommend native mobile apps for most training companies — the maintenance burden rarely justifies the experience improvement over a well-built responsive web app.

Can you white-label the LMS for resale to our clients?

Yes. We build multi-tenant LMS architectures where each client gets their own branded subdomain, custom color scheme, logo, and course library — all managed from a single admin panel. This is the technical foundation for training companies that want to productize their programs and sell access as a SaaS offering. We handle sub-domain provisioning, per-tenant user management, billing integration hooks, and the admin tooling your team needs to onboard new clients without developer involvement.

Why Corsox

Education domain expertise — not generic LMS vendors

Our founder has built training platforms and course programs from the ground up. We understand the difference between a compliance training rollout and a professional certification program — and we design the LMS accordingly. You contract with a Florida LLC, work in your timezone, and get senior LMS engineers at 40–60% less than US-only rates.
